SHIPPING

Our orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days, with possible delays depending on the destination country or customs.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping to mainland Spain: €9.

Shipping to Europe: €17.

Shipping to the rest of the world: €38-55.

RETURNS

The deadline for any return or exchange is 7 calendar days from the date the order is received.

Items can only be exchanged for a different size, and exchanges are subject to product stock availability.

2Bis s.l. reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent after the established deadline, or footwear that is not in the same condition in which it was sent.

Both return and reshipping costs are borne by the customer.

The merchandise must be in perfect condition and with its original tag in order to return an item.

To make a return, the following steps must be followed:

Send an email to ventas@2espadrilles.com and we will send you the return form.

Once the form is completed, send it back to the same email address, and we will send you the label that you must stick on the box with the product to be returned.
